Welcome. I am a Registered Psychotherapist, trauma-informed, working with individuals, couples, and older teens. I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen and safe.
I use an integrative framework drawing on evidence-based methods that are trauma-focused and can address a diverse range of mental health challenges.
Together, we’ll work to help you move from feeling “stuck” to living a more fulfilling, meaningful life.

Individual Therapy
A space for you to slow down, process, and understand what you’re going through. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, we’ll work collaboratively to help you build insight, regulate emotions, and move toward a greater clarity, direction and lasting change.
Couples Therapy
Support for couples looking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and feel more connected. We’ll focus on understanding patterns, expressing needs more effectively, and creating a more secure, supportive relationship.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. We’ll go at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.
How I Support You
I work from an integrative, trauma‑focused lens, drawing on Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness to support healing and growth. These approaches can help with many experiences, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges, and together we’ll work to help you move from feeling overwhelmed or “stuck” into a life that feels more steady, connected, and meaningful.

My work is trauma-informed and I strive to create an inclusive, culturally sensitive, safe space, where you feel heard and supported, regardless of background, tailoring each session to your unique needs.By combining gentle inquiry with evidence-based strategies, I actively collaborate with clients to develop practical and sustainable pathways resilience.
